Main Responsibilities

• Monitor demand orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Supervise key indicators of the material replenishment process, such as: past due orders, coverage, inventory, ASNs, purchase orders, etc.
• Establish material replenishment strategies to support supplier delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the supply base and coordinate efforts to improve performance.
• Support efforts to prevent material shortages by aligning mitigation processes.
• Escalate critical problems with suppliers to prevent assembly line disruptions.
• Lead communication across the organization to provide visibility of material restrictions and potential shortages.
• Plan and purchase supplies—raw materials, components, and production supplies—accurately and completely, including ordering, expediting, and procurement for assigned commodities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Supply Management, or relevant discipline
