ZKW Group GmbH in Silao, Guanajuato, is seeking a motivated individual to ensure customer support on quality issues from production start to spare parts obligation end. Responsibilities include handling complaints, creation of production documents, and participation in FMEA activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, particularly with BMW, and knowledge of problem-solving techniques and core tools. Expect an inspiring work environment with development opportunities and an attractive salary.

Formación

• Experience in BMW customer service.
• Experience in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Core Tools.
• Advanced knowledge of IATF 16949.

Responsabilidades

• Creation and release of Q-relevant production documents.
• Attendance at FMEA-activities within early stage.
• Support of creation and forwarding of initial sampling documents to the customer.
• Acceptance and maintenance of customer parts history.
• Execution of resident activities or interface with external resident.
• Handling complaints and coordination with customers.
• Transmission of 8D reports to the customer.
• Fault isolation transfer matching the problem-solving process.
• Maintenance and transmission of customer parts history.
• Matching design characteristics during series production.
• Creation/update and release of production document changes.
• Creation and forwarding of change sampling documents.

Descripción del empleo

In this challenging position you will be responsible to ensuring customer support on all quality relevant issues from the start of series production to the end of a product's spare parts obligation.

Responsibilities

• Creation and release of Q-relevant production documents.
• Attendance at FMEA-activities within early stage.
• Support of creation and forwarding of the initial sampling documents to the customer.
• Acceptance and maintenance of the customer parts history.
• Execution of resident activities or interface to external resident.
• Handling of complaints - coordination with customer about immediate measures
• Transmission of 8D reports to the customer (customer portals, etc.)
• Fault isolation transfer and matching of the problem-solving process for each fault pattern to the production area (MA), PQP (supplier) or PQD (core team).
• Maintenance and transmission of the customer parts history (from 6M-SOP).
• Matching of design characteristics during series production (e.g.: aspect defects, coordination with customers, etc.)
• Creation/update and release of changes to production documents (test instructions, supplementary sheets,etc.)
• Creation and forwarding of the change sampling documents to the customer (according to PPAP or PPF).
