This customer-facing, sales-oriented role is responsible for executing a strategic approach to educational technology by promoting tools tailored for the education sector. You’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with public and private institutions, helping them transform their digital learning environments.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, direct sales, partner sales, or client-facing sales roles.
  • Experience working with partners, education, and government institutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing an exemplary customer experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on sales or education in the public and private sectors.
  • 5+ years of enterprise technology event experience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English is a must.
  • 100% remote work with availability to travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end enablement of client educational tools with regional resellers.
  • Manage OEM and distribution channels to source opportunities, plan marketing efforts, and manage pipelines.
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop a joint sales pipeline.
  • Analyze data to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential strategies.
  • Manage key programs and evaluate their ROI.
  • Provide physical and online product presentations to public and private clients at all education levels (K12 to higher education).
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical characteristics and value propositions of client educational tools.
  • Process and manage deals and pipelines internal systems, providing feedback on client engagement and objections.
  • Work to retain customers to ensure subscription renewals.
  • Help prospects understand and get excited about client products and services.
  • Strengthen business relationships with OEM, distributor, and reseller teams across Latin America.
  • Help develop Go-to-Market strategies and establish quarterly work plans.
  • Establish effective communication channels for sharing market information and product feedback.
