Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with adolescents or young adults in a social, educational, or counseling capacity.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and group leadership skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid setting, balancing field and remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational and recreational programs for youth.
• Provide individual and group mentoring and counseling.
• Conduct outreach to identify and engage at-risk youth within the community.
• Assist youth in developing life skills, such as conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making.
• Support youth in accessing educational and vocational opportunities.

About the Role
