About the Team

The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on our customers' post Go-Live journey, creating programs that help them derive business value from their Workday applications. We deliver various programs and services, from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.

About the Role

If you enjoy learning in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for solving challenging business problems, this role is for you. As a trusted Workday advisor, you will assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot and guide them through configuration, and provide feature demonstrations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand customer inquiries and related Workday concepts.
  • Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance and demonstrations.
  • Troubleshoot product configurations to meet customer business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with customers.
  • Create and deliver presentations on using Workday features to achieve business goals.
  • Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption.
  • Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
  • Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s).
  • Stay updated with industry practices to engage with customers effectively.
  • Help create new programs to drive customer feature adoption.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification in Reporting, Composite Reporting, Record to Report, or PRISM Analytics is ideal.
  • Ability to understand Workday concepts as new features are released.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into understandable presentations.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
