Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and understand business strategy and high-priority goals to grasp the ‘big picture’ and purpose of projects.
2. Engage with stakeholders to facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, manage issues, and ensure project goals are met.
3. Support delivery teams in navigating ambiguity during project initiation phases.
4. Define realistic project plans with input from development and business analysts, ensuring mutual understanding of commitments.
5. Track milestones, develop, maintain, and report on integrated delivery plans, and propose adjustments as needed.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert, briefing stakeholders and leadership to facilitate decision-making.
7. Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize scope and backlogs effectively.
8. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including RFQs, contracts, and invoicing.
9. Facilitate sprint and project retrospectives, incorporating feedback into team processes.
10. Share stakeholder feedback with the team to highlight the impact of their contributions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of substantial project management experience.
• Proven success in delivering projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
