Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a facilities technician or leader.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and cooling systems.

About the Role

Responsible for all facilities building maintenance, utilities, and cleaning within the plant.

What You Will Do

  1. Follow up on tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  2. Monitor cleaning activities in designated areas.
  3. Participate in developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  4. Supervise technical services and work orders for clients.
  5. Ensure safety standards are met during work, providing necessary permits.
  6. Validate completed work for quality and safety.
  7. Perform work with high quality and safety standards.
  8. Respond to emergency calls via communication devices.
  9. Report daily on completed and pending tasks to your supervisor.
  10. Report risks related to building equipment.
  11. Anticipate and procure spare parts for equipment maintenance.
  12. Conduct building condition tours regularly.
  13. Attend scheduled preventive maintenance on time.
  14. Support quality and EHSS system management and related objectives.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a facilities technician or leader.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Availability of time.
  • Knowledge of electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and cooling systems.
  • Understanding of Medium Voltage, Electrical Installations, Pneumatics, Compressors, Electrical Substations, Plumbing.
  • Residence near the company.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
  • Knowledge of molding processes, chiller, and water treatment.
  • Basic knowledge of molding machines and installations.
  • High school diploma or technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, or electrical fields.
