The consumer growth marketing team is focused on building and nurturing our consumer base by establishing relationships and providing engaging, relevant cross-channel experiences. At DoorDash, this team is rapidly expanding, and this role is expected to be a leadership position that helps develop our marketing approach and supports career growth as the team grows.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Campaign Coordinator with strong operational experience in paid search and app campaigns to manage a world-class acquisition program within our Consumer Growth team. This role offers the opportunity to impact our main media channels across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand by managing performance, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to drive consumer growth. Additionally, you will be among the first marketing hires in our Mexico City office, collaborating with partners like Google and Apple to test and implement new marketing technologies.

You will report directly to our local Manager, Consumer Performance Marketing.

What You Will Do
  • Be a part of our inaugural internal Marketing team in Mexico City.
  • Grow your career with DoorDash within the Growth Marketing team.
  • Manage multi-million dollar monthly digital budgets across paid marketing channels, working with partners such as Google and TikTok to optimize campaigns and test new products.
  • Operate a top-tier acquisition program that drives millions of orders, collaborating with our U.S. Performance Marketing team and vendors like Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Apple.
  • Monitor key metrics such as budget pacing, CPA, and LTV proxies.
  • Manage experimentation initiatives including A/B tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algorithm tests.
  • Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to meet goals.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Paid Search, App Search), and strategic planning, either at an agency or in-house.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with metrics such as CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with data analysis and experimentation.
  • Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL (preferred).
  • Experience in multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred).
