Una empresa líder en el sector manufacturero busca un Supervisor de Almacén para gestionar las operaciones de recepción y envío. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la industria, habilidades de liderazgo y un fuerte enfoque en la eficiencia operativa. Este rol implica la supervisión de personal, el control de inventarios y la garantía de cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad para envíos a los Estados Unidos.

Formación

• 3 años de experiencia como Supervisor o en un rol similar en el área de Recepción, Envío y Almacenamiento.
• Conocimiento en procedimientos y políticas de almacén.
• Habilidades de comunicación en inglés, tanto verbal como escrita.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar las actividades diarias del almacén, incluyendo control de inventario y logística.
• Asegurar la ejecución de los procedimientos documentados de manejo de materiales.
• Coordinar el inventario físico y supervisar el equipo de almacén.

Descripción del empleo

· Execute and follow up the raw material issuances to the shop floor according to the production plan with the aim of meeting OTD and Sales.

·Ensure the complete execution of the flow material documented procedure by the staff of the area.

·Keeping the correct entry to the system for the correct location in the warehouse.

·Supervises that the order and cleanliness of the warehouse areas is maintained.

·Supervise the personnel in the warehouse, receiving and Shipping area.

·Support to the physical inventory as required.

·Comply with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

·Ensure the execution of the Material Handling documented procedures

·Oversee the activities for the forklift drivers and material handlers from the warehouse area.

·Comply with the raw material receipt procedure.

·Supervise that deadlines are met.

·Supervise that the raw material, finished product and WIP are entered in a timely manner to the warehouse.

·Inventory control of quarantine and MRB locations.

·Monitor shipments to local suppliers.

·Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, housekeeping

·Stock and monitor Non-Inventory Items.

·Keeps track of inventory of Non-Inventory Items in the warehouse and orders when required.

·Make approved inventory adjustments in the system when required

·Participate in projects that are related to the KPIs of the plant.

·Schedule and oversee the warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

·Ensure the delivery of documentation to the carrier and placement of locks on the doors. Comply with the security protocol for shipments to the United States.

· Prepare the evidence (photos) of the final product before it is shipped.

·Monitor the ERP daily to prepare all new Sales Orders and meet the required date.

·Overseas the assortment of sales orders and assembly orders

·Prepare export shipments to the USA.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferable or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience as Supervisor or similar role in Receiving, Shipping & Warehousing area in the manufacturing industry (Injection Molding Desirable)
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Warehousing, Material feed, Supermarket, Return to Stock,
• Kitting, Shipping and WIP control
• English Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong on Lean initiatives (Desirable)
• Good communications skills

Technical knowledge

• Intermediate-Advanced in Excel, able to develop spread sheets
• Experience in the forklift safety
• Experience Coordinating Physical Inventory
• Experience in Managing, Developing and Coaching People
• MRP Knowledge
