Formación

• 4+ Jahre Programmiererfahrung in Typescript, Swift oder Kotlin für iOS und Android.

Summary

Supported by engineering teams in the US and the Americas, you'll help create custom enterprise and consumer applications and platforms. Your role involves leading end-to-end testing and QA processes, understanding and validating QA requirements during sprint planning, developing test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria, and guiding the delivery of automated and manual tests to ensure comprehensive quality.

You will collaborate with global engineers and QA teams to write clear, concise acceptance tests in BDD style, manage tests using Detox, analyze complex systems, and develop testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead holistic project test plans that cover the entire project scope with automated and manual testing.
• Select and utilize appropriate mobile automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Detox, XCUITest, Espresso).
• Research and define best practices for test automation in collaboration with SDETs.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and test cases.
• Report, analyze test results, identify bugs, and communicate issues effectively to developers.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and development lifecycle.
• Improve mobile testing processes and delivery quality for clients.

Required Skills

• 4+ years programming experience in Typescript, Swift, or Kotlin for iOS and Android applications.
• 4+ years experience developing automated tests with frameworks like Detox, XCUITest, or Espresso.
• 3+ years managing Git source control and Git-flow practices.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring SDET teams on best practices.
• Experience with peer code reviews, test strategy, and test case reviews.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON RESTful APIs and testing tools like Charles Proxy or Fiddler.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Fastlane, Testflight, Jenkins).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for testing and troubleshooting automation issues.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with testers and developers.
• Experience working in agile teams using Jira.
