Role Summary
Join our People Experience (PX) Team to enhance Workday Core to full potential! The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of Workday integrations, Configurable Security and Report Writer. As a Technical Analyst at Milestone Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, test, and maintenance of complex integrations, security and custom reports.
Location: This position requires candidates to be located in Mexico
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Analyse, design, develop, and test inbound, outbound and boomerang integrations between Workday Core and external and internal systems using Workday’s and Open-Source technologies.
- Provide daily support for monitoring, break fix, change management and housekeeping items.
- Implement and audit fine-grained access control using workday’s technologies.
- Lead discovery sessions with functional and technical stakeholders to attain consensus and articulating capabilities and limitations of Workday.
- Perform Workday’s Bi-Annual release testing and remediation for integrations, security and reporting.
- Keep up with Workday's features and implement new features where applicable.
- Collaborate and support for special M&A project, US open enrolment and vendor changes.
- Conduct unit testing for Integrations, Reports and Security and assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document Set of Procedures (SOPs), technical and functional designs, process flows and knowledge articles.
- Participate in brainstorming, Continuous Improvement and Development (CI/CD) meetings and provide feedback, suggestions and ideas.
- Follow various Global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc. when handling Personally identifiable information (PII).
- Lead proof of security controls during internal and external audits.
- Mentor junior resources on integrations/security and reporting.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (IT or Computer or Science or Software or Engineering or Related discipline).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Workday Cloud SaaS HRIS integrations, Security and reporting.
- Expert in using Workday’s integration technologies like EIB, Connectors (Worker/PECI/WECI, etc.,) SOAP/REST API’s, Document Transform, DIS, Studio/SSK IDE, OX Migrator and Customer Central.
- Expert in using open-source technologies like Java, Java Script, XML, WSDL, XSLT 2/3, BIRT, SSO, OAuth 2.0, PGP encryption and transport protocols such as SFTP, HTTP/s, SOAP and X509 key pairs.
- Expert in using Workday’s configurable security frameworks like user, role, rule, intersect, integration, aggregation, segment Security groups, domain and business process security policies.
- Expert in using Workday’s calculated fields and report writer.
- Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- The ability to sit in front of the computer for long periods of time.
- Must be flexible with working US hours.
Preferred Skills
- Workday certification on Integrations, Reporting and Security.
- Certification on any one of the cloud platforms like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Oracle etc.
- Knowledge on any one of the cloud data integrator tools like Azure data factory, Google dataflow, AWS glue,
