Learning Associate Manager at BairesDev

We are seeking a Learning Associate Manager to join our People Experience team. In this role, you will develop and implement learning strategies and onboarding programs that enhance employee development and performance. You will lead a team of learning specialists and collaborate with various departments to ensure our training initiatives align with business objectives and support our company's growth.


What You’ll Do:
  1. Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and learning programs for employees across the organization.
  2. Lead and develop a team of learning specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  3. Analyze training needs and develop curricula to address skill gaps and enhance professional development.
  4. Create and maintain a reporting framework to measure learning program effectiveness and impact.
  5. Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  6. Implement innovative learning methodologies and frameworks to enhance knowledge retention and application.
  7. Manage learning projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • 2+ years of experience in Onboarding.
  • 4+ years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration/Management.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of learning frameworks and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative and self-regulation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership abilities and team development experience.
  • Project planning and execution capabilities.
  • Advanced level of English.
