Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Associate Production Supervisor’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for producing several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Lead a team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Review daily/regular plant operating performance and advise on changes to improve efficiencies and quality.
• Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems, advising on their resolution. Conduct regular discussions with operators to coach performance and enhance operational understanding and capability.
• Receive and evaluate ideas for plant improvements and collaborate with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
• Experience in Metal-Mechanical environments is desirable.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Beginner English skills are desirable.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Provide technical and operational advice to project teams.
• May act as the principal interface between the operation team and maintenance functions.
• May train and coach junior operators.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
