As a Director, Solution Engineering, you will work closely with the Sales Leaders and the Sales team to drive growth and take a strategic view to advance our journey.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Leadership Team with extensive experience managing teams, driving transformational change, and engaging at the CXO level. You should possess exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, and consulting skills, with a proven track record in:

  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Building and maintaining C-level relationships to generate revenue
  • Leading disruptive innovation and transformational change
  • People and organizational leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the Solution Engineering team, ensuring top talent acquisition and retention
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support enterprise deals and acquire new clients
  • Promote continuous innovation in solution selling approaches
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts to strengthen partnerships
  • Drive deep customer engagement by influencing broader IT strategies
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement growth strategies aligned with our vision
  • Hire and develop world-class talent, manage performance, and ensure career progression
  • Embodies Salesforce values and provides exemplary leadership

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a forward-thinking mindset
  • Sales-oriented experience in pre-sales, sales leadership, or consulting, with regional growth success
  • Strong relationships with C-level executives and experience selling solutions at this level
  • Proven success in building and improving sales or consulting organizations
  • Consistent track record of revenue delivery, accurate forecasting, and team development
  • Ability to evaluate, develop, and reshape teams while mentoring and inspiring
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and its business benefits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technological and business concepts
  • Strong grasp of business processes and enterprise application implementation
