Utility Profit is seeking a full-time remote Sales and Support professional to lead product demos and onboard new partners. About Us
Utility Profit is building the Google Maps of Utilities. Using our tool renters can easily activate water, electric, gas, and internet at their address. Property managers benefit from a revenue-share model with no upfront costs — creating a smoother move-in and a new income stream.
We’re a fast-growing, remote team of 40+ based out of Austin, TX.
The Role
This is a mix of sales and support. You’ll lead product demos, guide new partners through onboarding, and ensure they’re up and running.
What You’ll Do
• Run product demos with prospective partners
• Follow up with no-shows and re-engage warm leads
• Onboard new customers: set up portals and answer questions
• Keep Hubspot CRM clean and up-to-date
• Share customer insights with the product team

• We have our physical workspace in Guadalajara, hence we prefer someone who is residing in the area or willing to relocate.
• Paid in USD or your local currency
• Base salary + commission per activated partner

Requirements
Other requirements:
At least two years of full-cycle sales experience is necessary.
Proven record of hitting and exceeding targets and quotas.
Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
You have used CRMs in the past and can pick up new technologies quickly.
We use Hubspot, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Google Slides, Calendars/Calendly, Gmail, and other standard tools.
