About the Team

We are focused on helping our Merchants gain access to critical financial products to grow and operate their businesses. We are dedicated to providing highly demanded products with the best end-to-end experience. Our team often explores how we can deliver more value to our Merchants through our platform and external partnerships.

About the Role

You will collaborate directly with support, fraud, and sales teams for our Merchant Financials pod within our Ads & Promos team. Your responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, fraud protection, and providing data insights for decision-making. This involves responding to customer inquiries, listening to sales pitches, resolving issues, and proactively monitoring transactions for potential fraud. The ideal candidate enjoys solving customer problems, works well under tight deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize: Understand merchant needs, prioritize by impact, and develop solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Build: Drive implementation of new product features and processes for managing merchant financial products.
  • Construct: Navigate ambiguous environments and bring structure to undefined opportunities, creating playbooks and templates as needed.
  • Analyze: Use data to inform hypotheses and persuade cross-functional partners.
  • Influence: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to align strategies and bring products to market.
About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations, product management, investment banking, management consulting, M&A, or related fields, preferably in fintech or finance.
  • You enjoy tackling complex problems with a first principles approach and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • You are a data-driven problem solver proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • You can write SQL queries and consolidate data from multiple sources.
  • You thrive in a self-starting, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • You hold a BA/BS degree.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and have C1+ proficiency in English.
