Accounting Analyst 2

Key Responsibilities

1. Immediate attention to suppliers to review payment exceptions, provide payment status and remittances (AP Mailbox Americas and Brazil vendors)
2. Follow up on past due and current Accounts Payable
3. Process invoices/Credit and Debit memos for payment
4. Month End activities and reporting
5. Prepare monthly KPIs
6. Sox compliance

Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/management, or related field
2. High level of spoken and written English
3. Proactive, organized, strong analytical skills and service oriented
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
5. Desired AP experience
