WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Develop logic flows and consistent screens designed to support an end-to-end warehouse management system;
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze the business processes, and integrate feedback into design iterations;
3. Design intuitive UI/UX for web and smart glasses;
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, large-scale flows, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts;
5. Present recurring design reviews to the customer’s team;
6. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries.

MUST HAVE

• Hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical problem-solving, and working closely with requirements throughout the development process;
• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team;
• Experience in understanding complex concepts, diagramming large-scale flows with logic checks;
• Understanding of accessibility standards and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS);
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for complex applications;
• Proficiency in Figma and similar tools;
• Understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility;
• Have an available online portfolio;
• Ability to work in EST time zone (5-6 hours coverage);
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

• Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to recommend the best design solutions and justify them.

• Experience in complex industries like procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, banking, or healthcare.
