Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, including category recommendations.
  2. Participating in and overseeing content production — translations, proofreading, and ensuring content correctness and alignment with the specific eRetailer’s requirements (both graphics and text), as well as proper SEO optimization.
  3. Conducting ongoing research of e-Retailers' functionalities, widgets, and features.
  4. Editing and creating Product Detail Pages.
  5. Staying up-to-date with eCommerce trends.
  6. Analyzing performance data, conducting research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making data-driven recommendations for changes.
  7. Maintaining day-to-day contact with clients and eRetailers.
  8. Conducting client status meetings.
  9. Monitoring seasonal content and deals.
  10. Uploading and correcting content.
  11. Ensuring full compliance with each brand’s guidelines and legal requirements.
  12. Renaming assets, uploading, downloading, and segregating files.
  13. Managing files, adjusting databases, and data migration, including PIM maintenance.
  14. Independently tracking and ensuring timely project delivery.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically with e-retailers such as Amazon and Walmart.
  2. Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication.
  3. Proven success in optimizing product listings and increasing visibility through SEO strategies on eRetailers.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Brand Stores.
  5. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  6. Experience in optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers.
  7. eCommerce experience in FMCG.
  8. Strong analytical and project management skills.
  9. Team player with excellent communication skills.
  10. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  11. Attention to detail.
  12. Assertiveness and confidence in presenting ideas.
  13. Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
  14. Advanced English proficiency (at least C1 level).
Nice to Have
  1. Familiarity with other major US market e-Retailers in the FMCG space (e.g., Target).
  2. Experience with proofreading.
