Ansell is looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our team in Queretaro!

The primary purpose of this position is to drive profitable market share growth for Ansell solutions by leading E-Commerce activities in the LAC region. Our goal is to maximize Ansell’s penetration within E-Commerce, including but not limited to Mercado Libre, Amazon, our web store, and other retailer marketplaces.

The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will contribute to developing and executing the LAC regional eCommerce strategy, focusing on driving sales, increasing market share, and optimizing marketplaces, Brazil Webstore, and launching other regional webstores to support the LAC Commercial plans. This role aims to better serve digitally focused customers across Latin America. Additionally, the manager will support regional distributors' e-commerce sites, serve as the primary contact for Mercado Libre, Amazon, and other marketplaces, analyze consumer behavior, and stay ahead of marketing trends to adapt our eCommerce channel strategy. The position will also lead the team or agency working on Amazon Advertising and Content Enhancement.
