Formación

The Role:

We’re looking for a driven Ecommerce Analyst to support digital operations on platforms like Amazon, TikTok, Shopify, MercadoLibre, and Walmart. You’ll manage listings, promotions, compliance, customer experience, and track key performance indicators while collaborating with teams across supply chain, media, and creative.

The ideal Candidate:

We are looking for proven track record managing top marketplaces like Amazon, Shopify and MercadoLibre, ensuring compliance, driving sales through data-driven SEO, and optimizing listings for maximum performance. Skilled in dynamic pricing, inventory management, and automation to boost operational efficiency. Experienced in leading customer service excellence, building key partnerships, and aligning cross-functional teams through performance tracking and collaborative execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategic:

  • Propose improvements to catalog structure, naming conventions, parent-child relationships, and content uploads
  • Support key campaigns (Hot Sale, Prime Day, etc.) in their planning, setup, and monitoring
  • Identify opportunities in products losing the Buy Box or operational margin

Operational:

  • Upload new products, bundles, or launches on Seller Central
  • Manage variations, enhanced content (A+), and backend SEO
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, Buy Box status, and active promotions
  • Validate negative reviews, content errors, or ASIN visibility issues
  • Provide support with supply and billing reconciliation tasks if needed

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years managing Amazon accounts (Seller or Vendor)
  • Experience with promotions, enhanced content, campaigns, or catalog structure
  • Preferably with multi-country or multi-account experience
  • Courses or workshops in eCommerce, Amazon Ads, or marketplace management
  • Certifications from Amazon Seller University or similar (nice to have)
