Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and front-end development, including proficiency in modern frameworks like AlpineJS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and maintain AEM-based solutions that meet business and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AEM Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM components, templates, and workflows. Implement AEM-based solutions for websites and web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Lead AEM teams for solutioning. Customize and integrate AEM with third-party tools and platforms as needed.
2. Front-End Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using AlpineJS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with designers and UX teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional components.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
4. Optimization & Maintenance: Author technical user stories, review APIs and schemas, perform defect triage, conduct root cause analysis, review logs, and ensure performance and reliability of AEM applications. Conduct code reviews, optimize code, and troubleshoot issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an AEM developer, with expertise in AEM 6.x or later.
• Proficiency in AEM 6.x+, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
• Mandatory proficiency in AlpineJS, Typescript, Angular, React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs and services.
• Experience with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Familiarity with Java-based development, Sling models, RESTful APIs, and external system integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, React).
• Experience with cloud-based AEM implementations.
• Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
