Senior Python Developer at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to architect and implement sophisticated software solutions for our global clients. In this role, you'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and solve complex challenges using Python's powerful ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in designing scalable applications, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices across projects. As a senior team member, you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation while working with cutting-edge technologies in cloud environments, data processing, and web development.

What You'll Do:

1. Create automation systems and tools to configure, monitor, and orchestrate data infrastructure and pipelines.
2. Create data integration services to help onboard new customers as quickly as possible.
3. Maintain ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the data infrastructure, providing solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth.
4. Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
5. Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
6. Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and best practices.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of practical experience in Python and Django development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and cloud environments.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms.
• Intermediate understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience developing entire applications from scratch.
• Experience with automated tests, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with version control.
• Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and ensuring code coverage.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
