Material Lab Technician

Responsibilities

1. Prepare consumables, equipment and ensure good calibration and conformity
2. Receive, sort and label samples
3. Prepare samples for analysis
4. Perform measurements, analyze and record the results
5. Carry out equipment maintenance (first level)
6. Design, present and write process evolutions / work instructions

Professional Background

1. Relevant knowledge of material science/testing (Metals, Polymers or Semiconductors)
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in material or chemical science/engineering

1. Organize the schedule efficiently and in a timely manner
2. Problem-solving skills
3. Meticulous attention to detail
4. Experience with FTIR Spectrometer (Fourier transform infrared)
