Formación

Where do you fit in?

The Central Quality Reviewer (CQR) is responsible for delivering services and tasks that meet company strategic objectives. The CQR oversees data quality for Signant Health's Rater Training, Endpoint Reliability, and Quality Assurance programs. Responsibilities include clinical analysis of scales used as study endpoints, ensuring calibration and training standards are met, and providing remediation and independent scoring as needed, including interviews with study participants or scoring of submitted audio/video files.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting activities in full accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  2. Participating in training, calibration exercises, and quality control procedures.
  3. Evaluating data submissions per Rater Training and Endpoint Reliability programs, providing feedback to raters.
  4. Ensuring review consistency and resolving ambiguities collaboratively.
  5. Interviewing subjects or providing independent scoring based on audio/video reviews.
  6. Monitoring and conducting quality reviews of activities and documentation.
  7. Supporting study startup activities, including onboarding and training materials development.
  8. Identifying and escalating potential issues proactively.
  9. Developing site relationships to ensure training and calibration standards are met.
  10. Providing feedback and instructions to site staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree, M.D., Ph.D., Psy.D, Pharm.D., or healthcare-related degree with at least one year of clinical experience involving psychiatric or cognitive scales, or Bachelor’s degree/RN with two years of relevant clinical experience.
  2. Comfort in providing investigator and peer remediation.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a virtual, remote environment across diverse cultures and languages.
  5. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Deep knowledge of psychiatric and/or cognitive scales.
  7. Basic statistical knowledge and data interpretation skills.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, dispute resolution, communication, and organizational skills, with fluency in English.
