The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or Foreign Trade, strong management skills, and experience in customs compliance. Flow Manager (Customs) - Main Responsibilities

1. Manage and advise on export/import requirements and obligations.
2. Ensure compliance with laws and maintain certifications such as OEA, C-TPAT, VAT, Annex 24 (IMMEX).
3. Develop and monitor transport and broker budgets.
4. Create and implement procedures for import/export control, reviewing process worksheets and broker instructions for accuracy.
5. Manage customs service providers to ensure compliance with US regulations.
6. Identify and project tariff cost savings opportunities.
7. Monitor, measure, and report KPIs related to import/export activities.
8. Provide risk analysis of trade policies and initiatives.
9. Develop cost-efficient strategies with brokers, forwarders, and transport providers.
10. Assist in customs audits and team coaching on foreign trade questions.
11. Oversee transportation operations in accordance with purchasing policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Business Administration or Foreign Trade, with experience in customs operations.
• Management skills, rigor, and discipline.
• Proficiency in SAP management.
• Fluent in English.
• Technical knowledge in logistics and foreign trade compliance.
• Experience leading import compliance programs in international multi-site organizations.
• Knowledge of IMMEX Regulations, IVA certifications, annex 24, 31, and 24, law regulations, and SAT audits.
• Management of C-TPAT and OEA programs.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
