The Marketing Procurement Assistant Manager – Americas will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing spend within the Ice Cream business globally. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams at global and regional levels, including Marketing, CMI, R&D, and Finance, to streamline procurement processes, focusing on high-impact solutions. As the business transitions to a standalone company, this position aims to reduce complexity and foster collaborative decision-making to support growth and future capabilities.
The successful candidate will negotiate, analyze, and drive innovation, design, and commercialization in the ice cream sector, ensuring timely delivery of equipment across the portfolio. Building stakeholder relationships and aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives are key responsibilities. Regular engagement with leadership will ensure agility and strategic alignment.
