Project Quality Engineer

What you’ll do:

1. Be the link between customer and manufacturing process during AS100 project. Lead and follow up quality activities during AS100. Be part of the cross functional team from phase 0 to 4, responsible for ensuring product and manufacturing processes are consistent and of high quality.
2. Prepare PPAP (AS404) for approval by PSW signature with customer.
3. 8D’s review analysis according to facility standards to find the root cause of product/process issues until phase 4 of the program development identified by a design issue.

What is required:

1. Industrial Eng., Mechanical Eng., Automation Eng., or similar.
2. Understanding of AIAG Standard. Previous experience in APQP and core tools.
3. Knowledge in Core Tools, Solution methodologies and problem analysis. Previous experience in production processes, quality engineering, or similar position is desirable.
