Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en manufactura electrónica, preferiblemente.
• Dominio del inglés y habilidades de servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar quejas de clientes y proponer mejoras en procedimientos de diagnóstico.
• Preparar informes de calidad internos y controlar inventario de RMA.

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Warranty Engineer, based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division).

As Warranty Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an international and growing environment reporting directly to the Diagnostic & Failure Analysis Coordinator.

Your Tasks will be:

• Follow-up and analyze customer complaints (CAN/LIN/Arduino protocols/high voltage & high current tests/HIPOT), monitor and propose improvements to diagnostic procedures for guarantees.
• Provide support to the Quality and Engineering departments to detect the cause of failures reported by the client and actively participate in the implementation of actions.
• Prepare internal quality reports and supplier defects.
• Maintain strict control of the RMA inventory.
• Operate, manage and maintain diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, high voltage sources, etc., in good condition.
• Participate in safety, health, and sustainability training and campaigns.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechatronics) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing (mandatory).
• Mastery of English (mandatory).
• Customer service skills.
• Experience in handling measuring equipment.
