Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote)

For an international organization in New York, we are urgently looking for a Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer with over 3 years of experience in developing UI test automation with Selenium using C#/.NET. Candidates should be willing to work at least 50% during New York business hours.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Residence in Europe

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Act as a QA focal point for communication with development teams and the QA team.
2. Support QA services and contribute to their improvement.
3. Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and plans.
4. Support software development and testing of new releases, following established standards.
5. Participate in specification, design, automation, and support of computer application systems from a QA perspective.
6. Draft technical documentation such as test cases and user stories.
7. Maintain test and functional specifications.
8. Prepare reports and team contributions.
9. Stay updated on QA developments and propose new tools or methods.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile:

• Master or Bachelor degree.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in software QA for medium to large teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing test automation frameworks or suites.
• Over 3 years of experience managing test code with SCM tools and integrating with build tools like Azure DevOps.
• Over 1 year of experience with git source control, including branching and pull requests.
• Over 3 years of experience developing UI test automation with Selenium using C#/.NET.
• Desirable: Experience with Gherkin syntax, Prince2 projects, and testing applications hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Fluent in English.
