Descripción del empleo

Role Purpose

Support day-to-day procurement sourcing activities, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee contract and supplier management, and perform data analysis.

Key Accountabilities

1. Execute sourcing projects across various categories, ensuring delivery within allocated timeframes and proper reporting.
2. Update tools in accordance with specified timelines.
3. Manage Statements of Work (SoWs), contract renewals, and amendments.
4. Respond promptly to stakeholder requests.
5. Assist in building online events for supplier information, e-auctions, and online tendering; ensure RFx events are conducted effectively for internal customers and suppliers.
6. Analyze tender submissions, compile information, and meet delivery SLAs and compliance standards.
7. Provide insights on tender returns to facilitate review processes for internal stakeholders.
8. Develop and maintain procurement documentation as required.
9. Perform quality checks on own work and team outputs when requested.
10. Suggest improvements in service delivery and assist with service reporting as needed.
11. Maintain consistent and appropriate communication throughout the sourcing process with internal and external parties.
12. Prioritize tasks to ensure project delivery within agreed SLAs.

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement projects and processes.
• Understanding of category management methodology and procurement procedures.
• Proven track record of delivering value through procurement initiatives (cost savings, rebates, cost avoidance).
• Experience working in a global, Fortune 500 travel or hospitality company.
• Ability to analyze RFP submissions and present findings clearly.
• Strong procurement skills, including legal knowledge and RFI/P execution.
• Experience supporting supplier management activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.
• Negotiation and influencing skills.
• Effective project management capabilities.
