Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Other PQL 097 QCIP. Other Quality Tools training. Other Project Management. Other Yellow Belt preferred.

Position Purpose

Coordinate and implement projects, strategies, and actions to ensure and meet company quality goals. Analyze, validate, and approve new product manufacturing, engineering changes, and Quality tools that meet the design requirements and standards of the quality system.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Audit engineering and manufacturing changes.
2. Follow internal and external quality standards.
3. Support projects.
4. Perform low complexity tasks with instructions.
5. Lead investigations on special quality issues, and develop and implement shop floor quality procedures.
6. Lead projects and suggest improvements.

Additional Functions:

1. Decision-making and problem-solving with medium risk.
2. Take actions to avoid reworks and future problems.
3. Operate with occasional supervision.

Perform other duties as assigned.

• Intermediate English Level (Reading, listening, and writing).
