What You’ll Do for Us
- Oversee detailed, quantitative analysis to generate insights addressing major business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across functions, organizational units, and platform services based on enterprise and departmental priorities.
- Support the delivery of expectations for identified priorities, including enterprise strategy, initiatives, and learning.
- Leverage analysis and insights from various units and produce ad-hoc analyses to support rotating priorities.
- Assist in developing communication plans to ensure transparent stakeholder engagement during strategic planning.
- Help establish a strategic planning process that incorporates leadership and stakeholder input effectively.
- Guide the development of implementation plans, including performance indicators and accountability systems.
- Identify opportunities and implement knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Recommend and implement organizational efficiency improvements through strategic planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate and business unit strategy, strategic planning, growth strategy, or business transformation.
- Experience working with senior executives on strategy development and implementation for growth and margin improvement.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills; integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving and process-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable rotating across priorities and working closely with various organizational units and functions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
