As an ISC Operations Manager here at Honeywell BuildingAutomation Fire, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing theoperations of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will beresponsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing processimprovements, and ensuring the smooth execution of supply chain activities.Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and growth of ourorganization. You will report directly to our Plant Director and you'll workout of our MX0H Juarez location. In this role, you will have a significant impact onour ISC operations, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customersatisfaction. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate withcross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and optimize the operations of the IntegratedSupply Chain organization.
• Drive operational efficiency and implement processimprovements.
• Ensure the smooth execution of supply chain activities.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams toachieve operational excellence. 

YOU MUSTHAVE

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in similar leadership roles (OperationsManager, Production Manager, or related).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency andprocess improvements.

• Experience in SMT assembly processes.
• Business and financial acumen
• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Experience with ERP systems.
