Job Description

You will perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations, and conduct basic checks and controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management processes, including financial decisions such as annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a focused scope (region, business unit, country, supply chain, or finance team). You will also handle data collection and integrity checks.
  2. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment within your scope, ensuring full adherence to policies.
  3. Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager or Director.
  4. Support projects aimed at improving efficiencies and ways of working, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
  5. Contribute to a high-performing finance team, investing in personal development and supporting peers.

What you will bring

  • Technical expertise in financial analysis and data collection/structuring.
  • Business acumen with a basic understanding of our industry, consumer packaged goods, and local snacking markets. Relevant experience in regional or sizable local businesses.

More about this role

Responsibilities:

  • Site conversion cost budget forecasting: annual process and monthly rolling forecast.
  • Site conversion cost close & control processes.
  • Handling accruals, reclassifications, and budget control.
  • Monthly reporting.
  • Internal controls execution.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
  • 4+ years of financial experience, including analysis, monitoring, and reporting of performance through KPIs, deviation analysis, and action plans.
