We are seeking a Microsoft-Intune Mobile Application Customer Support/Service professional skilled in configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Intune Enrollment, Policy/Profile deployment, Application Management, Device compliance, Device Configuration, Endpoint Security Profiles/Policies, and Intune reporting to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements.

Required experience includes working with Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, MacOS devices, and their configuration and management in both Intune and client/device perspectives, along with awareness of Linux onboarding to Intune.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years experience with Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management in Intune, with a fair understanding of third-party solutions (Airwatch, Mobile Iron, Munki, etc.)
  • Experience with migrations to Intune, such as migrating JAMF to manage MAC devices and MAC app migration to Intune
  • Proficiency in Intune-related skills like Conditional Access, Scripts & remediations, Group Policy Analytics, Proactive remediation, Autopilot, Log analytics workspace, Windows Update for Business Reports, Co-management Workloads
  • Expertise in Intune Suite features including Advanced Analytics, Remote Help, Endpoint Privilege Management, Microsoft Tunnel, Advanced App Management, Specialty device management, and awareness of Intune Cloud PKI
  • Ability to stay updated with Microsoft Intune updates, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements
  • Good understanding of Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Autopatch
  • Solid knowledge of Azure Identity and Access management - Azure Entra ID
