You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team, a component of the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. This organization primarily provides support for Dashers, Consumers, and Merchants to maximize customer retention while minimizing costs. We create feedback mechanisms and insights to influence process design and resource allocation, aiming to improve the customer experience and key performance indicators (KPIs). Our team operates and executes support experiences to achieve these objectives.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support scaling our global operations and enhancing service delivery. This position is ideal for someone early in their analytics career, eager to learn, grow, and impact a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate closely with Senior Analysts and cross-functional teams such as Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to assist in reporting, process improvements, and developing data-driven insights. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn new tools, and comfort working in data-rich environments.
