Formación

  • Work at Height Certification required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sr Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Energy/Transformers division in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting facility equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Work Details
  • Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas
  • Work Schedule: Available to rotate shifts
  • Work Modality: On-site
Responsibilities
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of facility equipment using established work plans, procedures, and manuals.
  • Inspect and maintain facilities and service systems in compliance with safety standards and official work plans.
  • Complete routines and documentation according to applicable procedures.
  • Manage inventory of consumables and spare parts for support equipment.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of SCI, HVAC, potable water, compressed air, and office finishes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Attend training sessions and support internal clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Complete tasks within prescribed time frames and participate in safety brigades.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Technical or engineering education in Electromechanics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
  • Proficiency in technical English; conversational English at 70% is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in fire systems, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, minor repairs, and painting.
  • Basic knowledge of low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems.
  • Experience with water pumping systems and automated controls.
  • Understanding of safety standards for material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical diagrams, and ladder diagrams from control software.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces; Work at Height Certification required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of 5S, TPM, ISO standards.
  • Commitment to safety and integrity, following policies and procedures throughout the plant.
