Job Description : Your tasks and responsibilities :
  • Take responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned region.
  • Identify and report on regional market trends; maintain and update project data regularly.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies, including market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities; collaborate with Proposal Management and Application Engineering to close contracts.
  • Negotiate with customers and partners.
  • Prepare and conduct customer workshops.
  • Represent the company at events such as fairs, exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Require technical education or apprenticeship with relevant experience in consultative selling of complex products in the machine tool industry.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and strategic, commercial awareness.
  • Be goal-oriented, motivated, confident, and assertive.
  • Have an interest in working internationally and be willing to travel.
  • Proficiency in English, Basque, and Spanish.
