Formación

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Remote Construction Engineer to play a leading, coordinating, and supporting role in technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The role involves direct work in site construction and supervision, including civil works, installation, and integration services. You will be responsible for managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the customer, and suppliers, in accordance with Ericsson requirements and customer contracts. The position also includes budget responsibilities and ensuring work is executed within project OHS requirements.

What You Will Do

• Handle evidence at construction sites
• Supervise remotely the construction of client sites
• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Manage work orders and compensation
• Plan and monitor quality assurance processes

You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil works, architecture, or related fields
• Fluent English speaking skills (Critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS installation in the field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating field crews
• High level of self-organization
• Ability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience in site construction and deployment of RBS
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, construction drawings, structural analysis)
• Experience with site inspections or audits
