About the role of Security Agent:
Maintain and ensure the safety and protection of employees, guests, hotel visitors, and Residences, as well as safeguard their belongings. Communicate effectively with guests and employees.
What will you do in this role?
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the security department, guests, employees, and all hotel property.
Familiarize yourself with the fire safety equipment available in the hotel facilities to respond quickly to any emergency.
Handle interactions with all employees/guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, addressing special requests whenever possible; resolve guest complaints; assist guests/employees with all inquiries related to hotel services.
What will be required for this role?
Completed high school or technical career.
Experience of more than one year in the security field is valued.
Maximum level of integrity and transparency.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner.
*This job requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico and Spanish is essential.*
