About The Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our growing Customer Success team and lead the implementation of the Betterez platform across Mexico and LATAM. This is a remote role, but the successful candidate must be based in Mexico City, as some in-person meetings and travel with local clients will be expected.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful SaaS deployments—overseeing timelines, configuring the product, and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving real business problems.

You’ll guide customers through the full lifecycle—from kickoff and requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support—ensuring they get maximum value from the Betterez platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for both small and enterprise clients in LATAM
  • Develop project plans, track timelines, manage scope, and proactively address risks
  • Get hands-on with the Betterez platform: become proficient in configuring and customizing the system based on client needs
  • Translate client goals into tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, support) and external partners
  • Conduct training sessions and help clients embed the system into daily operations
  • Ensure ongoing stakeholder alignment with clear, proactive communication
  • Troubleshoot challenges and escalate as needed—always with a solution-focused approach
  • Identify opportunities for clients to better leverage the platform and streamline their workflows
  • Demonstrate a self-starter mindset, proactively learning the Betterez platform, understanding client business models, and taking initiative to solve problems and drive projects forward with minimal supervision

What You Bring

  • Based in Mexico City (role is remote but requires occasional in-person client meetings)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English—comfortable discussing technical topics in both languages
  • 3 to 5+ years practical experience in project management, implementation, or business analysis—preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,or equivalent practical experience
  • Direct experience delivering software solutions for clients (not just tracking milestones)
  • Familiar with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello, and working in Agile/hybrid environments
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills—you can juggle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you build trust and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable with technical topics (e.g. REST APIs, webhooks, basic specs)—collaboration with developers doesn’t intimidate you
  • A strong plus: Experience in the bus, travel, logistics, or ground transportation industry
  • A strong plus: PMP or similar project management certification
