Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering Consumer Insights & Strategic guidance to VISA’s Marketing Team, cross-functional stakeholders, and clients. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering consumer research studies and leading measurement programs for marketing campaigns. The position requires collaboration with Marketing Teams and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and identifying key needs/questions from the Marketing Team, Clients, or other stakeholders to provide solutions based on consumer research or data analysis.
  • Designing consumer research plans and projects, selecting appropriate methodologies to address specific business needs.
  • Supporting the RFP process, including proposal evaluation, approval, and contract management.
  • Developing questionnaires or moderator guides.
  • Delivering actionable and impactful analysis from studies with clear recommendations to support business and brand growth.
  • Conducting Brand & Campaign Tracking studies to monitor VISA Brand and marketing campaign performance.
  • Providing consumer trend reports on key industry topics or segments by referencing internal and external sources.
  • Supporting Marketing Strategies with relevant Consumer Insights.
  • Introducing innovative solutions for consumer research and analysis.
  • Developing and delivering updates and status reports on all Market Research projects.
  • Presenting Consumer Insights at local client meetings, events, and webinars.

This is a hybrid position. The expectation for days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA) is a plus.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, etc.
  • Proficiency with various qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking to generate insights and recommend actions.
  • Storytelling and data visualization skills for reports and analysis.
  • Commercial approach to creating value-added propositions for clients.
  • Robust project management experience and process orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
