Job Purpose
This position is responsible for providing the production lines with raw materials, tools, and various materials by planning them based on customer demand and maintaining an optimal inventory level. It is the responsibility of management to ensure that the logistics of materials are carried out in a timely manner to cover the freight budget. This role is also responsible for production planning to meet customer demand on time.
Key Responsibilities
This position will adhere to BorgWarner Reynosa's current Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Management System designed and implemented under Mexican law and applicable national and international standards. Safety rules, practices, and training are included as outlined in the BorgWarner Reynosa Internal Work Regulations, which include the use of equipment, protective devices, and/or clothing required by the company. This position will perform in a manner that emphasizes the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses by assuming responsibility for those aspects of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System over which he/she has control. All reasonable precautions must be taken in the given circumstances for the protection of personal safety and health, as well as that of co-workers. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting all injuries and/or potential hazardous situations, exposure hazards, incidents, or accidents that occur to your immediate supervisor so that preventive and corrective actions can be taken.
