About The Opportunity

The Sr. Business Development Manager leads all business development efforts within the LATAM region, including developing and implementing strategies for clients and key accounts. The role involves working closely with regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams. He/She will proactively engage with potential LATAM Trading Firms, Financial Institutions, Key accounts, Partners, and Advanced Traders to drive client acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth of the OKX platform and products in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the Global Institution Team in daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams in product, legal, and compliance.
  • Identifying and pursuing institutional sales opportunities, building a pipeline through sourcing and converting prospects.
  • Developing client profiles based on previous success cases to replicate efforts and optimize marketing channels.
  • Exploring new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients, such as Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Firms, Endowments, Private Equity Firms, Private Wealth Managers, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
  • Closing high-value deals involving Cash OTC, Derivatives, Custody, Lending, VIP Loans, and Staking.
  • Ensuring prospects and new clients are in good standing and do not pose risks to the business.
  • Communicating client feedback and service gaps to senior management and product teams with proposed solutions.
