Descripción del empleo

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll, including error resolution, processing validation, policy compliance, and payroll accounting.
  • Rotate across EMEA entities as necessary.
  • Manage Outsourced Payroll Service Providers (PSP) to ensure timely receipt and processing of information.
  • Respond promptly to questions from PSP and employees.
  • Verify payroll entries such as new hires, terminations, wage changes, and other updates for accuracy and consistency with core reporting, aiming for 100% accuracy.
  • Reconcile final output files, balance financials with core HR data, and approve relevant reports.
  • Research complex issues with minimal supervision.
  • Develop payroll processes, ensure internal controls, drive efficiencies, and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with taxes, stock-based compensation, benefits, statutory audits, and internal policies.
  • Assess problems, escalate appropriately, and recommend solutions.
  • Represent payroll in cross-functional meetings with HR, Finance, Treasury, Benefits, and Employment Tax.
  • Assist with monthly payroll audits and processing, including error resolution and validation.
  • Support setup of new entities and M&A activities.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to promote process improvements.
  • Lead or participate in low to medium risk projects.
  • Influence team members and stakeholders, providing clear and actionable feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong computer and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in multitasking.
  • Constructive problem-solving skills.
  • Proven project delivery and process improvement experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a large, fast-growing multinational company, preferably with Irish payroll experience.
  • Excellent team player with experience working across multiple locations.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM, SAP Payroll, or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma training.
  • Relevant payroll qualification (e.g., CIPP) or equivalent.
