Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Office Status: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify, analyze and understand all relevant risks of complex limited recourse transactions.
  • Ability to review and challenge risk assessments in a timely and productive manner.
  • Complex loan structuring experience.
  • Strong decision-making capability and ability to simultaneously manage multiple workstreams across a dynamic team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant internal policies.
  • Effective credit risk analysis skills in the context of complex specialized finance transactions.
  • Valued contribution to transaction execution and credit process as a senior deal team member.
  • Effective and timely response to client requests, including Amendments, Waivers, Consents, etc.
  • Contribution to key strategic initiatives including pro-active risk identification and deep dives/premortems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills consistently meet deadlines with a high-quality work output.
  • Desire to learn / curious.
  • Ability to understand the second and third order risk impacts of macro development.
