Customer Care Role:

Customer care is a vital part of our business. Your role will be key to our success, requiring a passion for service and the ability to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will act as a liaison between customers, drivers, and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer care
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well-organized and punctual
  • Reliable team player
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Honest and professional attitude
  • Willingness to work hard and weekends when required
  • Comfortable handling 50+ calls daily
  • Ability to address and resolve issues effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Coordination with dry cleaners and drivers to maintain service quality

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with alternating weekends.
