Job Description:

What you’ll do:

1. Utilize appropriate sales techniques to foster good customer relationships and enhance the buying experience.
2. Apply customer relationship and sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customer needs.
3. Provide customer service and billing support, resolving issues related to customer accounts.
4. Add new lines or services to accounts to support customer business growth.
5. Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating understanding of customer needs beyond just resolving issues.
6. Find personalized solutions for each customer, such as recommending rate plans, ways to reduce data usage, or promotions, using available resources for complete resolution.
7. Offer products like Telephone Services, hotspots, devices connecting to networks, DIRECTV, Internet, and various business systems.
8. Engage in sales activities such as upgrades, package changes, adding new services, and plan modifications.

What you’ll bring:

• Advanced English fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
• Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or excellent communication skills.
• Availability to train and work 5 days a week (40 hours), with 2 days off, operating from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Saturday, considering Daylight Saving Time & holidays.

• Monthly Base Salary: MXN $20,775 (before taxes)
• Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000, upon meeting sales and service targets
• Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519 every 14 days
• Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216 every 14 days

Schedule flexibility:

Schedules depend on performance, seniority, and operational hours. This role requires availability to work 5 days (40 hours) plus 2 rest days per week, within operating hours from 7 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, including during Daylight Saving Time & holidays.
