Position Overview

We seek a skilled Active Directory/Windows Server Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting in enterprise IT environments. The role requires expertise in Active Directory (AD), Windows Server administration, and customer service to ensure high availability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for Active Directory, AD Federation Services, Certificate Services/Public Key Infrastructure.
  2. Assist customers with configuring and maintaining AD and MIM, Microsoft Purview Audit, Microsoft Communication Compliance, and Microsoft Compliance Manager.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
  4. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10+ to 15 years of experience in Active Directory, AD Federation Services, Certificate Services/Public Key Infrastructure, MSFT Identity Manager, Microsoft Purview Audit, Microsoft Communication Compliance, Microsoft Compliance Manager.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
